Prepare for Transport
Securely pack your Fliteboard™, eFoil, and battery in their original specialized flight cases and protective packaging to ensure safe transit back to our service center.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided shipping labels to your cases; due to the high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we will coordinate a specialized dangerous goods courier for pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in original, unridden condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
